Belkıs Aksu Çelebi is an illustrator and graphic designer from İzmir, Türkiye. She completed her undergrad studies in Philosophy, followed by a master's degree in Advertising.

Her illustrations are inspired by architecture and she frequently use buildings, cityscapes and crowd in her works. She loves to draw on the spot with her sketchbook and colored pencils because she thinks it helps her remember the moment. She uses mixed media to draw her illustrations.

She attended design markets in Izmir, London and Skopje; and organized illustration workshops there. She has been continuing her classes online as part of the İllüstrasyon Kulübü program since 2020.

Currently, she is based in Skopje, working for international companies and publishing houses, draws her first graphic novel and works on personal projects. She has a cat named Minnoş.
